How do I track my order?
We will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation or Order Placed email.
To track your order:
- Go to My Account > Orders
- Choose the order you wish to track
- Click the ‘Track’ button
This is the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we will let you know as soon as possible via email or SMS.
Pre-Orders
We offer some of our customized products on pre-orders, which can be delivered in a minimum of 7-15 days.
How to cancel my online order
We’ll be sad that you want to cancel your order but happy to help! All you need to do is contact our Call Centre agents on +27 72 705 9223 ore mail Us: info@bonesh.co.za, include your order number and request and we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payment using the original payment method.
Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product generally needs to be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please note that we can only accept exchange or returned product within 7-30 days of its purchase. Further instructions can be given on WhatsApp.
